Our platform connects families with qualified child and family wellbeing practitioners ("Practitioners") who provide essential services from pregnancy through to teenage years. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out how our platform works and your rights and obligations when using it.
When using our platform, it's important to understand that:
- While we carefully curate our community of Practitioners, they are independent service providers. Each Practitioner maintains their own practices, policies and service standards.
- Our role is to:
- Provide a secure booking platform
- Process your payments safely
- Facilitate communication between you and Practitioners
- Maintain platform quality standards
- When you book a service:
- You form a direct contract with the Practitioner
- The Practitioner is responsible for service delivery
- Your payment to us (as the Practitioner's payment agent) satisfies your payment obligation
- The Practitioner's terms and conditions apply to their services
We value transparency and service quality. If you have concerns about any aspect of a Practitioner's service, please contact us at hello@kinurture.com. While we don't provide the services directly, we're committed to maintaining high standards across our platform.

Key Terms
In these Terms:
"Booking" means any appointment scheduled through the Kinurture Platform;
"Cancellation Policy" means a Practitioner's policy regarding cancelled bookings, which may include fees up to 100% of the service value;
"Client" means you, the user of Kinurture services;
"Confirmation" means our written booking confirmation via email or platform notification;
"Deposit" means any advance payment required by a Practitioner;
"Kinurture Account" means your personal account on our platform;
"Kinurture Platform" means our website and related services;
"Practitioner" means any independent provider of wellbeing services on our platform;
"Practitioner Agreement" means your contract with a Practitioner;
"Practitioner Profile" means a Practitioner's platform listing;
"Services" means any wellbeing services offered through our platform.

Kinurture provides a platform connecting families with wellbeing practitioners specialising in:
- Hypnobirthing
- Sleep consultation
- Doula services
- Lactation support
- Cranial osteopathy
- Other family wellbeing services
Using Our Platform
Account Creation
To use our platform, you must:

Health Information

- Loss of personal property
- Practitioner-client disputes
However, nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

Assignment
You cannot transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without obtaining prior written consent from Kinurture.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, including any referenced documents, constitute the complete agreement between you and Kinurture regarding your use of our Platform. They supersede any previous versions of these Terms. Your Practitioner Agreement governs the provision of Practitioner Services.
Enforcement and Severability
Should Kinurture not exercise or enforce any right or provision within these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. Both parties agree that the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Kinurture Platform or the booking of Practitioner Services.
Interpretation
Throughout these Terms:
- Words in singular form include the plural meaning and vice versa
- References to one gender include all genders
- Headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation
